The Ice Bath
I forgot to mention in my last post... after our amazing run on sunday, a few of us dipped into the ocean for our "10-15min Ice Bath."... and I say that, because the ocean was freezing cold.
Of course of group shots started off happy and dry... but Stan of course saw a massive wave behind us and continued to shoot as we got drenched. :-)
